Abstract

Камчатский край является удалённым регионом, обладающим значительным экономическим и ресурсным потенциалом. В настоящее время в регионе существуют значительные проблемы, препятствующие осуществлению планов по экономическому развитию: нехватка инвестиций, неразвитая инфраструктура, нехватка высококвалифицированных специалистов. Проекты по созданию территорий опережающего развития могут стать новым драйвером экономического роста Дальнего Востока России регионального, а в дальнейшем международного уровня.
