Abstract

В статье представлены результаты анализа государственной политики, направленной на оптимизацию системы дополнительного образования в сфере профессиональной подготовки кадров государственной службы. Рассмотрены причины ее низкой эффективности и предложены способы повышения профессиональной компетенции кадрового потенциала с помощью современных социальных, управленческих и образовательных технологий.
