Abstract

Органы публичного управления в своей деятельности регулярно сталкиваются с проблемой нехватки ресурсов для достижения общественно значимых целей. В этой связи они привлекают к решению общественно значимых задач частный бизнес. Это взаимодействие требует специального институционального закрепления. В статье рассматриваются основные, получившие распространение в российской практике, формы гармонизации интересов публичных и частных субъектов управления.
