Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу теоретической базы формирования системы индикативного управления региональным развитием. Формирование системы индикативного планирования регионального развития рассматривается в контексте трансакционных издержек, координирующего действия институтов с использованием методологии новой теории экономических систем и системного анализа в целях обеспечения экономической безопасности развития региона.
