Предпосылки И Последствия Изменения Содержания И Характера Труда В Условиях Становления Инновационной Экономики

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению современных изменений в содержании и характере труда, обусловленных становлением инновационной экономики. Показано несоответствие традиционных представлений о данных категориях актуальным требованиям рынка. Выделены ключевые проявления изменения содержания и характера труда в современных условиях. Зафиксировано, что противоречивость данных изменений приводит к накоплению проблем в сфере социально-трудовых отношений. Определены позитивные и негативные тенденции в изменениях в сфере труда, которые можно обозначить как «гуманизация труда» и «прекаризация труда». Показано, что даже элементы гуманизации труда несут в себе негативные последствия для некоторых субъектов труда, что обусловлено спецификой этапа формирования адекватной системы трудовых отношений в стране, накоплением противоречий между действующими и складывающимися условиями реализации труда.
