Abstract

В статье рассматривается эволюция воззрений на категорию абсолютной ренты от Дж.Ст. Милля (если бы в стране вся земля использовалась в сельскохозяйственном производстве, она вся приносила бы ренту, в том числе и земли худшего качества, без учета различий в их плодородии) и К. Маркса (избыток прибавочной стоимости, производимой капиталом низкого строения, есть абсолютная рента) до сегодняшних дней, где ей даются самые невероятные определения и ее присутствием объясняются необъяснимые явления. Рассматривается изменение параметров и черт абсолютной ренты в изменившихся условиях хозяйствования.
