Политика Эффективной Занятости Трудовых Мигрантов

Abstract

Трудовая миграция представляет собой носящий объективный характер сложный, противоречивый и значительно интенсифицировавшийся в XXI в. процесс. Всеобъемлющий анализ миграционных процессов достижим посредством объединения экономической теории и методологии экономической социологии. Применение полученного синтетического экономико-социологического подхода к результатам социологических исследований российского рынка труда мигрантов позволит разработать основные направления эффективной политики занятости трудовых мигрантов.
