«Глубинные» Факторы Регионального Экономического Роста

Abstract

Проблема региональной экономической асимметрии обусловливает поиск источников регионального развития. В статье используется подход, согласно которому процессы накопления факторов производства и повышения продуктивности региональной экономики определяются «глубинными» факторами: физической географией, экономико-географическим положением, наличием инфраструктуры и качеством институтов. Делается вывод о том, что региональная политика представляет собой набор механизмов, компенсирующих объективно сложившиеся условия регионального хозяйствования.
