Abstract

Современные процессы построения системы внутреннего контроля в холдинговых структурах предполагают наличие подразделения внутреннего контроля и аудита как в управляющей компании, так и в функциональных организациях, входящих в холдинговую структуру. В статье рассмотрена взаимосвязь некоторых теоретических конструкций по мотивации персонала с целью разработки подхода к оценке сотрудников подразделения внутреннего контроля и аудита организаций холдинга, не являющихся управляющими компаниями. Предложена авторская методика формализованной оценки качества участия специалиста как основы денежной мотивации сотрудника.
