Особенности Дивидендной Политики Российских Акционерных Обществ

Abstract

Проанализированы современные теории дивидендной политики, а также методики выплаты дивидендов. Рассмотрены изменения, внесенные в Федеральный закон «Об акционерных обществах», в отношении механизма определения размера и особенностей выплаты дивидендов. На основе анализа положений о дивидендной политике крупнейших российских акционерных обществ сделаны выводы относительно их принадлежности к определенным методикам. Сформулированы особенности дивидендной политики российских акционерных обществ.
