Комплексное Применение Принципов Размещения Продукции На Складе

Abstract

Решается задача совмещения двух традиционных принципов дислокации на универсальном складе большой номенклатуры тарно-штучной продукции. Первый принцип -учет оборачиваемости отдельных позиций хранения, второй учет комплектного характера выдачи со склада и соответственно отбора продукции в зоне хранения. Цель решения минимизация затрат на наиболее типичные и трудоемкие складские операции размещение на хранение поступившей продукции и последующая выемка ее из мест хранения за счет минимизации в среднем на одну отпускаемую со склада партию расстояния перемещения оператора (транспортного средства). Уровень разработки представленного решения позволяет приступить к детальной алгоритмизации процесса назначения номенклатурным позициям поступающей продукции конкретных адресов их хранения.
