Значение Офшорного Сегмента В Развитии Российской Экономики

Abstract

В последнее время стремление большинства российских предприятий снизить свою налоговую нагрузку порождает на практике множество вопросов. Данные вопросы, прежде всего, связаны с тем, как в бизнесе сделать это законными способами в рамках действующего законодательства, не противоречив ему. У ряда крупных бизнесменов данный вопрос оптимизации налогообложения разрешается через офшорные методы налогового планирования. В основе офшорного метода лежат законодательства многих стран, частично или полностью освобождающие от налогообложения предприятия, принадлежащие иностранным лицам.
