Abstract

В связи с переходом к рыночным отношениям в России в большинстве сфер деятельности произошли существенные изменения принципиального характера. В результате действия законов конкуренции возникла потребность рационального использования всех ресурсов предприятий и эффективного использования налоговой политики. Особое значение приобретает теоретическое осмысление факторов, обусловливающих изменение налоговых отношений, изучение способов оптимизации налогообложения, как этап в его объективном развитии, изучение мирового опыта перехода к эффективным в этих условиях способам управления предприятием.
