Мониторинг Объектов Инфраструктуры Как Элемента Инновационной Среды Региона

Abstract

Процесс успешной коммерциализации результатов научных исследований российских университетов сегодня во многом определяется уровнем развития инновационной инфраструктуры. В статье предложен алгоритм мониторинга объектов инновационной инфраструктуры, который позволит систематически и оперативно получать достоверные данные, необходимые для дальнейшей оценки ее эффективной работы. Мониторинг предполагает вариативность наблюдения, исходя из целей и задач обследования, для этого в статье предложена его классификация. Кроме того, алгоритм представляет собой детально проработанную процедуру исследования с описанием каждого из этапов, основных участников процесса и планируемых результатов.
