Особенности Взаимодействия Власти И Сми В Процессе Формирования Общественного Политического Сознания В России

Abstract

Идею о существовании связи между развитием общества и средствами коммуникации высказал еще в середине XX в. канадский ученый, представитель Торонтского университета Гарольд Иннис. Суть идеи Г. Инниса состоит в том, что властная элита во всех государствах начиная с ранних этапов развития контролировала информацию. Идеи Г. Инниса были поддержаны и развиты Маршалом Маклюэном и Уолтером Онгом. Немало внимания уделили данной проблематике и российские ученые. В статье предпринята попытка обоснования необходимости контроля государства в информационной сфере как важного условия, позволяющего обеспечить устойчивое и безопасное развитие России на фоне современных вызовов и угроз.
