Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема современного терроризма, который приобрел новые формы и масштабы. Делается предположение, что в будущем мировое сообщество столкнется с высокотехнологичным терроризмом, а идеологами, нацеленными на смену существующего политического режима, могут стать представители «золотой молодежи». Предложены варианты противостояния терроризму на основе принципа нулевой терпимости в сочетании с развитым мониторингом предполагаемых угроз. Описаны возможные сценарии и механизмы безопасности, которые, по мнению авторов, могут предотвратить масштабную активность со стороны идеологов терроризма.
