Now people see foreign language knowledge as a requirement for getting different hardware and for working with it. The individuals spend time and money for acquisition. A problem with compatibility of hardware may arise. Many of the problems are faced due to incomplete or incorrect acquisition, so people are often forced to learn foreign language. The purpose of this study is a foreign language learning process, the process for common problems and methods, bypassing the problems with real term how to learn a foreign language. The study emphasizes data collection method, the traditional survey-application technique and they make use of high-level reliability test as well as of reliable questions.
