Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The article is devoted to the conditions and prerequisites for the innovative development of the national ecosystem. The forced isolation of our country has become a powerful impetus for the activation of participants in the national innovation system. By ensuring the transition to a new technological order, innovative and active organizations have the opportunity to contribute to the achievement of technological sovereignty by the national economy. The authors do not yet provide specific procedures and algorithms for behavior in new institutional conditions, but they do not do this because these conditions are insufficiently studied. The facts of deglobalization are noted in the economic literature, but the nature of this process and its identification as a new institutional order are absent. In this regard, we consider the arguments discussed in the article to be relevant, revealing the prospects for studying the problem of innovative development in the context of changes in the vector, subject and objects of integration interaction caused by deglobalization. Goal. Analysis of the conditions and prerequisites for ensuring the innovative development of the ecosystem in the context of a new institutional world order. Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of the experience of innovative development at the micro-, meso- and macroeconomic levels, graphic, monographic methods, methods of empirical generalization. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis and assessment of the current situation related to the implementation of the import substitution policy and countering sanctions pressure, the authors of the article reveal the features and advantages of deglobalization, while justifying that deglobalization should be considered as a new institutional order. The processes of de-liberalization activate new areas of integration interaction and launch a mechanism for accelerated innovative renewal in the direction of ensuring technological sovereignty and global leadership. Scope of application. Management of economic systems at the corporate, sectoral, regional and national levels.
