Abstract

Relevance of the topic. The need to develop the competencies of civil servants in the context of digital transformation and insufficient experience in the field of establishing the socio-psychological competence of civil servants in the Government of the Voronezh Region determine the relevance of the study. Target. Development of proposals for improving the socio-psychological competence of civil servants in the Government of the Voronezh region. Methodology. Analysis of the system for assessing the socio-psychological competence of employees of the Government of the Voronezh region. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of the existing system for assessing the socio-psychological competence of employees, the main shortcomings of the system are identified and recommendations for its improvement are proposed. Application area. Department of Civil Service and Personnel of the Government of the Voronezh Region.
