The relevance of the topic. The issues of forming the image of state civil and municipal employees in the Russian Federation are related to the need to ensure their effective interaction with the population. Goal. Development of proposals to expand the tools for creating a positive image of state civil and municipal employees in the Russian Federation. Methodology.
