Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The modern reality of economic relations requires a search for the most economical and effective ways to realize economic growth and increase the level of labor productivity. The perception of organizational relations allows you to change the activity of labor resources through the use of a certain platform for the collective construction and transformation of the organizational environment. Goal. A study of the process of forming a productivity improvement management program in conjunction with labor productivity growth factors, a study of the role of organizational relations in the process of managing the implementation of labor productivity growth reserves. Methodology. Methods of comparative and factor analysis of labor productivity, systemic and programtargeted approaches to increasing labor productivity, comparative, structural-logical and multidimensional analyzes in studying the role of organizational relations in the process of managing the implementation of reserves for growth of labor productivity. Results and conclusions. Based on the results of the research, the author’s thesis is substantiated that economic growth and effective changes in the implementation of labor productivity growth reserves are often associated with building an orderly chain of organizational processes. The value advantages of this system can be represented as a multidimensional selection of subjects and their interactions based on controllability. An important role in the process of managing the implementation of labor productivity growth reserves should be given to organizational relations, which, in our opinion, have a special, specific functional and target orientation. A cyclical model for the formation of a program to increase labor productivity at an enterprise is proposed. Scope of application. For industrial enterprises of various organizational and legal forms.
