Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The need to overcome the technical and technological gap between Russia and advanced countries through the reproduction of qualified personnel and the modernization of production facilities within the framework of the implementation of trilateral cooperation - the state, science and business. Goal. Development of a model of interaction between universities, industrial enterprises and the state and its testing on the example of the Priority 2030 program. Methodology. In the process of writing the work, the following methods of scientific research were used: analysis, generalization, comparison, systematization, graphical method and modeling. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the consideration of issues of ensuring the economic and scientific-technical development of the country and approaches to explaining the essence of technological sovereignty, the author gives his own definition of this concept. The key mechanisms and tools for achieving the technological sovereignty of the country are outlined. A model of trilateral interaction of universities, industrial enterprises and the state has been developed, and the results of its testing are presented on the example of the Priority 2030 program. Scope of application. The obtained research results can be used in the field of higher education, industrial enterprises and other sectors of the economy for effective planning of the strategy of scientific and technological development and technological policy.
