Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the potential for sociocultural reintegration of residents of LPR and DPR into Russian society. The basis for assessing this potential was the correlation of the value orientations of Lugansk and Donetsk residents with traditional Russian values, as well as the study of indicators of national-state identity, the specifics of historical memory, civil and political positions. The study is based on data from a mass survey in new regions of Russia (LPR and DPR), conducted using an online questionnaire (1000 people, represented by gender, age and territory of residence). Indicators of the modal value profile of the residents of the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics are identified, the features of political and civil identity are established, the role of the Russian Federation, its goals, geopolitical status and significance for the liberated regions are identified. Particular attention in the study is paid to the cross-regional and cross-age aspects of the analysis of the survey base, which made it possible to highlight the barriers and deficits of sociocultural reintegration in new regions, as well as the complexity of the transition period of resocialization of the younger generation of Lugansk and Donetsk residents. The article is prepared according to the results of research carried out at the expense of budget funds under the state assignment of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
