Abstract

This conceptual paper aims to explore the significant impact of Supply Chain Integration (SCI) on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. The paper outlines the key elements of SCI, its importance in today's globalized business environment, and how it can be tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by SMEs in the Malaysian context. By analyzing existing literature and incorporating case studies, this paper provides insights into the potential benefits and challenges of implementing SCI strategies for SMEs in Malaysia. Additionally, it suggests recommendations for policymakers, industry practitioners, and academics to further promote SCI adoption among SMEs in Malaysia.
