Abstract

L’ouvrage a été publié par l’IIRF en mars 2012 dans sa série Documents Occasionnels. Cette nouvelle publication de l’Institut Islamique de Recherche et de Formation du Groupe de la BID, qui comporte 266 pages, a été réalisée par Dr. Nasim Shah Shirazi (Economiste Supérieur, IIRF), Dr. Muhammad Zulkhibri (Economiste, Département des Etudes Economiques, BID) et Dr. Salman Syed Ali (Economiste Supérieur, IIRF) en collaboration avec SHAPE Financial Corporation. L’ouvrage débute par un avant-propos du Professeur Mohammed Azmi Omar, Directeur Général de l’IIRF et comporte un chapitre introductif en plus des six chapitres suivants: Chapitre 2: L’offre et la demande de logements dans les pays membres de l’OCI Chapitre 3: Les problèmes et les défis du secteur du logement Chapitre 4: Le financement du logement Chapitre 5: Evaluation et comparaison des modèles Chapitre 6: Les modèles suggérés et l’infrastructure nécessaire Chapitre 7: Résumé des résultats et recommandations
