Abstract

[fre] Le Conseil européen a créé un Comité des sages présidé par Monsieur Lamfalussy et chargé de formuler des propositions visant à améliorer le dispositif actuel de régulation des marchés de valeurs mobilières. Cet article résume rapidement ces propositions et propose un dispositif plus opérationnel et mieux à même de faciliter l’adaptation rapide de la réglementation aux évolutions du marché. .
