Abstract

Planning and forecasting are regarded to be the basis for rational decision-making. this study presents the problems and concepts connected with management of enterprises, with particular fpocus on forecasting its future operation. development of proper forecasts necessitates the knowledge of the methods and ability to analyse and evaluate the changing condistions in micro- and macro- environment. skilful using the forecatss is the basis for making optimum decisiona in managing the enterprise.
