Recettes et réformes organisationnelles dans l'enseignement supérieur : Quelques aperçus du Canada

Abstract

Le présent article rend compte d’une étude consacrée aux stratégies adoptées par quatre grandes universités canadiennes pour s’assurer des recettes face à la baisse continue de leurs budgets. Les universités sont placées sur une échelle présentant les modes de financement de l’enseignement supérieur, les différents types d’établissement et leurs caractéristiques de fonctionnement. De nouvelles hypothèses y sont formulées sur la façon dont les caractéristiques de fonctionnement des universités évoluent du fait de la nécessité de trouver des financements.
