Abstract

The main issues related to the creation of new approaches to the management and development of enterprise' operation models in the competitive environment were investigated, such approaches changing the requirements to workers, attitude to business business management system, motivation and decision-making methods. The effect of this process on the basic concepts of adaptation and development of enterprises in a changing environment was studied. The methodology and tools of management and strategic development in terms of enterprises adaptation was grounded. Provision of enterprise development is analysed, as the goal of any improvement is to switch to a new phase of operations. The financial and economic crisis is found to more acutely raise the question of competitiveness and survival in the market, which focused more attention on the issue of change management.
