Strategic Approaches To Forming The Image Of The Organizational Leader

Abstract

In order to attract followers the image of the organizational leader should be presented in an appropriate manner. The leader’s image should be formed using the respective strategies and tactics. The major objective of this work is to identify the components of the organizational leader’s image and to propose strategic approaches to its forming. The major results to be achieved are clearly established strategic approaches to the formation of the organizational leader’s image that could be applied by the managers in order to obtain the recognition of the group and to be accepted as organizational leaders. The major research methods used in this work are content analysis, method of comparison, intuitive and systematic approach, method of analysis and synthesis.
