La territorialisation : proposition pour la compréhension du phénomène par une entrée systémique

Abstract

La mondialisation conduit à une recomposition rapide et profonde des territoires. Choisis dans le contexte du Rhin supérieur, trois exemples concrets viennent tester la pertinence de la notion de territorialisation : Mulhouse en tant que modèle industriel historique, le réseau technologique et scientifique BioValley et le Pôle de Compétitivité Véhicule du Futur. Sur cette base, est proposé un cheminement type qui définit les manières et les étapes de la territorialisation de manière générale. Il cherche à préciser les contours d’un certain nombre de notions, comme la bifurcation ou l’émergence.
