Abstract

Esta investigación científica es de tipo cuantitativo, con análisis correlacional entre las variables y de corte transversal, cuyo objetivo es conocer y analizar de qué manera incide el capital intelectual en la competitividad de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PyMES) de la industria manufacturera de la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán. Los resultados del presente estudio permitieron efectuar un análisis cualitativo-descriptivo. Se aplicó un cuestionario con escala tipo Likert a los Directores Generales/Gerentes de una muestra aleatoria simple, de estas empresas, con un nivel de confianza del 95%.
