Abstract

El documento presenta algunos elementos de análisis sobre la forma en que las empresas asumen la responsabilidad social. De la manera como se asume la responsabilidad social, depende, en buena medida, la gestión humana. Así mismo, se plantean algunos de los modelos que se han hecho presentes en la literatura sobre la “medición” del talento humano y, también, se plantea la reflexión a partir de la investigación realizada en términos de la relación de la contabilidad con la gestión humana en la perspectiva interna de la responsabilidad social
