Abstract

Dünya yazın alanında 1980’li yıllardan beri tartışılan ve çok sayıda roman ve araştırma incelemesi yayımlanan özkurmaca türü, ülkemizde fazlaca tanınmamaktadır. Özellikle Türk yazın alanında ilk olma özelliği taşıyan bu araştırma inceleme yapıtı, 2019 yılında uluslararası bir İngiliz yayınevi olan Transnational Press London tarafından Türkçe yayımlanmış, 239 sayfa ve yedi bölümden oluşmaktadır. Yazar yapıtın sonuna ek olarak 2019 yılına kadar Fransa’da yayımlanan özkurmaca romanların künyesini de vermiştir. Özkurmaca yeniötesi dönemin bir ürünü olarak hala sanatsal ve türsel açıdan tartışılan bir alandır. Yazınsal türler, eskiden beri yazın ürünlerinin, gerek içerik gerekse biçim açısından aralarında anlatısal, izleksel, düşüngüsel ve yapısal benzerlik ya da ilgi kurmalarına bağlı olarak ortaya çıkar. Bu türselleşme sürecinde ortaya çıkan yazınsal yaratıların sanatsal ve yazınsal değeri hep tartışılmaktadır. Her yazınsal tür ve alttür, doğal olarak önsel olarak belli bir gelişim süreci izler. Bu bağlamda, özkurmacanın kuramsal ve yöntemsel bağlamda oluşum ve gelişimini anlamak için bir dizi sorulara yanıt vermek gerekir.
