A pénz mint általános csereeszköz modellezése
[Modelling money as a general medium of exchange]

Abstract

A tanulmány a pénz csereeszköz-funkciójának modellezését mutatja be, a szakirodalomban keresési egyensúlyként ismert, bilaterális cseréken alapuló gazdaság keretei közt. Egy ilyen gazdaságban a szereplők személyes találkozásaik során szerzik meg a számukra szükséges javakat, szemben a walrasi egyensúlyelmélet cent-ralizált elosztásával. Míg a walrasi egyensúlyelméletben probléma a pénz egyensúlyban való használata - különböző külső feltételek bevezetése szükséges hozzá -, addig ebben a struktúrában egy jószág endogén módon válik pénzzé. A modellhez általunk készített szimulációs futtatásoknak az volt célja, hogy az analitikus úton kapott eredményeket teszteljük tovább: kiderítsük mennyi időre van szüksége a rendszernek az egyensúly kialakulásához, hogyan alakul a gazdasági szereplők helyzete az egyensúlyhoz vezető úton.
