A termelői piacok fogyasztói profiljának szakirodalom-elemzése
[The consumer profile of producer markets: an analysis of the literature]

Abstract

A termelői piacok tradicionális értékesítési csatornának számítanak, amelyek lehetőséget kínálnak a fogyasztók számára, hogy élelmiszerhez jussanak. A termelői piacok napjainkban a reneszánszukat élik, és az ezzel kapcsolatos kutatások is már több évtizedet ölelnek fel. Ennek ellenére mind ez idáig egy tanulmány sem szintetizálta a termelői piacok fogyasztóit vizsgáló korábbi kutatásokat, nem összegezte ezen fogyasztók legfontosabb - empirikusan igazolt - jellemzőit. Tanulmányunk a szisztematikus szakirodalom-feldolgozás eszközeit használva egyszerre elemzi a rendelkezésre álló nemzetközi és hazai szakirodalmat, s ehhez összegyűjti a tudományos folyóiratokban elérhető, empirikus felméréseken alapuló információkat; 21 országból származó 111 tanulmány eredményei alapján elemzi a fogyasztókat. Az eredmények egyértelműen homogén fogyasztói csoportot jeleznek, hiszen 27 fő jellemzőt azonosítottunk, amelyek szerint leírhatók a termelői piacok fogyasztói. A tanulmány a különböző érintettek számára (termelők, szervezők, üzemeltetők, politikai döntéshozók) fogalmazza meg a legfontosabb következtetéseket, valamint vázolja a további lehetséges kutatások irányvonalát is.
