Abstract

In this paper, we use discourse analysis to refine the mechanism of business model innovation based on 100 big data cases. A model of 16 discourse elements in four categories of data, behaviour, attributes and scenarios is obtained, and the relationship paths between the above-mentioned discourse elements and categories are mapped. This paper evaluates the change of business model innovation of the company by using the entropy - mutation level method by selecting the financial data from 2007 to 2020. Therefore, based on the evaluation results, the development of the company's business model in the period of competitive leadership and strategic transformation is divided into three phases for analysis, and corresponding suggestions are made for the innovation of the company's business model accordingly.
