Внутренние Цены На Бензин. Повышать Нельзя?

Abstract

На протяжении первых месяцев 2015 г. российские внутренние розничные и оптовые рублевые цены на бензин находятся на уровне ниже значений, которые должны складываться в случае выполнения за- кона единой цены с внешним рынком. Основными причинами могут являться жесткость внутренних цен, наличие инфраструктурных или регуляторных ограничений торговли, существенное изменение структуры экспортной цены. Сложившаяся ситуация позволяет говорить о вероятном повышении внутренних цен на бензин в ближайшей перспективе.
