Abstract

Differenze regionali nel mercato del lavoro in Europa (di Adalgiso Amendola, Floro Ernesto Caroleo e Gianluigi Coppola) - ABSTRACT: Negli anni Novanta, il mercato del lavoro dell?Unione Europea ? stato caratterizzato dalla persistenza dei divari esistenti tra le regioni. Scopo di questo lavoro ? valutare se, ed in quale misura, tali divari siano da ricondursi alle caratteristiche strutturali delle regioni mix produttivo, composizione del mercato del lavoro che ostacolano la convergenza e favoriscono la formazione di cluster di regioni divergenti. A tal fine viene applicato il metodo STATIS su di un set di variabili relative a tali caratteristiche strutturali regionali, per ottenere una stima dei fattori latenti che ne misurano le diversit?, e la loro dinamica nel tempo.
