La saga delle proroghe delle concessioni demaniali marittime: verso un lieto epilogo?

Abstract

La disciplina delle concessioni demaniali marittime ad uso turistico-ricreativo e le procedure relative al loro affidamento rappresentano un tema la cui trattazione, con riferimento al nostro ordinamento, si presenta particolarmente complessa, dal mo- mento che investe aspetti di difficile compatibilit? con il diritto europeo e che si caratterizza per una cospicua produzione di interventi normativi e giurisprudenziali che rende impegnativa la ricostruzione di un quadro unitario. Il lavoro analizza alcuni interventi normativi, amministrativi e giurisprudenziali che il nostro ordina- mento ha di recente visto succedersi in materia e avanza alcune riflessioni sugli indirizzi futuri.
