La rimodulazione strategica del modello di business. L?integrazione tra agri-food e turismo

Abstract

L?ampliamento dell?offerta produttiva con attivit? non appartenenti alle tradizionali aree di mercato delle imprese sta avanzando in specie nel segmento alimentare. Questa nuova impostazione travalica cos? il tradizionale approccio di tipo "core business", immaginando una logica di "non-core business", di contagio fecondo tra filiere produttive contigue in grado spesso di potenziare imprese e aree geografiche. Lo scenario che emerge dalla nuova alternativa strategica quindi parte dal presupposto che il non-core stimola il core, modificando completamente i tratti di una specifica organizzazione imprenditoriale. Le novit? sperimentali fornite da questi business, laddove si manifestano con successo, riescono a produrre alcuni vantaggi fondamentali che vanno dalla diversificazione del rischio d?impresa allo sviluppo del fatturato e delle quote di mercato fino all?innovazione di prodotto in chiave di maggiore sostenibilit?. In altri termini, il non-core - che nel caso di un?azienda produttiva a vocazione agricola pu? configurarsi nell?attivit? ricettiva, ristorativa e del commercio di produzioni tipiche legate al terroir - pu? fungere da traino rispetto al business tradizionale diventandone cos? il nuovo core in una virtuosa spirale di sviluppo.
