Reputazione e performance nelle organizzazioni di volontariato

Abstract

La reputazione presso gli stakeholder influisce sulle performance delle organizzazioni. Nel settore no profit la valutazione delle performance richiede analisi di natura multidimensionale. Il lavoro muove dalla volont? di contribuire a colmare un gap di conoscenza sul tema della reputazione come elemento di valutazione delle performance delle organizzazioni di volontariato. A tal fine, sulla base della letteratura esistente, si sviluppa un modello concettuale per descrivere e valutare il ruolo della reputazione sulle performance delle organizzazioni di volontariato. Il modello, applicato al mondo delle organizzazioni aderenti o socie dei centri di servizio al volontariato, dimostra che, contrariamente a quanto si possa immaginare, la reputazione non influisce direttamente, ma solo in maniera mediata, sulla capacit? delle organizzazioni di attrarre risorse. ? risultato, infatti, che la reputazione influisce fortemente sulla capacit? delle organizzazioni di ?mettersi in rete? e, solo come conseguenza, sulla loro capacit? di attrarre nuove risorse.
