Un?analisi delle normative regionali per il coordinamento dei tempi della citt?

Abstract

Nell?ambito di studio delle misure di conciliazione e dei processi di governance verticale, l?autrice descrive una panoramica della legislazione italiana dalle pari opportunit? alle politiche temporali. In particolare, focalizza l?attenzione sul ruolo delle Amministrazioni Pubbliche regionali nella gestione delle politiche degli orari della citt?, ai sensi della L. 142/90 e/o della L. 53/2000. Attraverso un?analisi congiunta del grado di formulazione delle policies e del grado di previsione dell?implementazione della normativa regionale, presenta una tipologia del rendimento istituzionale delle Regioni italiane in materia di coordinamento dei tempi cittadini.
