Luces y bases etnoecológicas para una terapia multicultural

Abstract

La inspiración de alternativas en el contexto de la cultura dominante ha surgido de la literatura y de experiencias en otras partes del mundo como Europa, Estados Unidos, Japón y Australia, reflejando teorías propositivas “ideales” en lugar de generar inquietud como las experiencias nacionales en México. Los modelos educativos por ejemplo de Montessori y Piaget son, principalmente, para el mundo elitista, privilegiado –económica e ideológicamente-. Por lo general, son islas sociográficas, enclaves separados de las corrientes populares y, por ende, inaccesibles para las mayorías. Por ello, son poco aplicables para hacer una reforma o como opciones para implantarlos y llevar a cabo una transformación cualitativa y un reto innovador en el sentido de un desafío del Metabolismo Multi-Cultural.
