Abstract

Este trabajo documental, se centra en el tan apreciable Modelo Educativo por Competencias. Así mismo se habla tangencialmente de los equipos de trabajo educativos universitarios, debido a que este nuevo siglo enfrenta retos para las universidades en el ámbito pedagógico ante un nuevo perfil de futuros egresados, pues pertenecen a una nueva generación conocida como “Millennials “, siendo ello resultado de una sociedad cada día más digital y tecnificada; obligando a los Centros Educativos adaptarse a una Sociedad de la Información. Ante estos desafíos se precisa implementar diferentes herramientas educativas que busquen aprovechar las ventajas para trabajar en equipo, pues permiten a los estudiantes desarrollar competencias que les permitan resolver diversas problemáticas.
