O enfermeiro na vigilância pós-alta hospitalar para rastreamento de Infecção de Sítio Cirúrgico: uma revisão bibliográfica

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo é compreender os métodos utilizados pelo enfermeiro na vigilância em saúde pós-alta de pacientes cirúrgicos para rastreamento de Infecção de Sítio Cirúrgico − ISC em artigos publicados por revistas científicas. O caminho metodológico escolhido foi a revisão integrativa de bibliografia em banco de dados BVS, LILACS, Scielo e Redalyc entre março e abril de 2019. Foram encontrados 12 artigos, de 2004 a 2018, discutidos em três categorias de análise: i) a capacitação profissional para orientações e identificação de sinais e sintomas da ISC e a vigilância pós-alta realizada pela Comissão de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar − CCIH, ocorrendo ela no retorno do paciente ao ambulatório para avaliação in loco da ferida operatória, ii) a busca fonada com entrevista direcionada à identificação da ISC e iii) a comunicação fonada da CCIH com a Estratégia de Saúde da Família − ESF de referência do paciente, para que ocorra também visita do enfermeiro do ESF para também realizar avaliação do sítio cirúrgico.
