Convergindo olhares: Linguística Aplicada e etnografia em pesquisa interdisciplinar

Abstract

O fazer científico na modernidade recente se apresenta de modo que nos permite questionar o paradigma positivista e demonstrar que é preciso atravessar as fronteiras da construção do conhecimento para, de forma conjunta e colaborativa, criar um lugar de novas possibilidades. É sob essa compreensão que este trabalho pretende abordar a prática etnográfica, caracterizando-a para além de um simples método, bem como compreender a Linguística Aplicada (LA), enquanto uma área de estudos que se constrói na interdisciplinaridade. Para isso, nos apoiamos nos ensinamentos apresentados por Peirano (2014), Malighetti (2004), Clifford (2011), Cavalcanti (1986, 2006), Moita Lopes (1996, 2006), Kleiman (2013), entre outros, que nos convidam a refletir sobre fazer pesquisa de maneira ética, humanizada e com responsabilidade social, atravessando as fronteiras disciplinares, permitindo que aqueles que estão às margens sejam visibilizados, (re)conhecidos e ouvidos.
