Compreender a gestão de pessoas em instituições da justiça a partir do insitucionalismo discursivo: uma abordagem possível em ciências sociais?

Abstract

O presente objetivou discutir a adequação o institucionalismo discursivo (ID) em estudos organizacionais, quando do exame da gestão de pessoas em instituições da Justiça. Nesse caminho, discutiu a direção de estudos na área de Human Source Managemen (HRM) e suas raízes positivista na Política Nacional de Gestão de Pessoas (PNGP) do poder Judiciário. Para adequar a abordagem do Institucionalismo Discursivo (ID) para a área, fez uso de conceitos da ciência Política. Como resultado principal, oferece um modelo-teórico analítico para o exame de discursos quando da alteração de políticas em Gestão de Pessoas em instituições da Justiça.
