Compartilhamento do conhecimento nas ações de responsabilidade socioambiental de indústrias de médio e grande porte da Serra Catarinense

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio es caracterizar el proceso de compartir el conocimiento (CC) de las acciones de Responsabilidad Socioambiental (RSA) de industrias de mediano y gran porte de Serra Catarinense, Brasil. Es una investigación de campo, de abordaje cuantitativo con intención descriptiva, realizada por medio de cuestionarios compuestos por 42 cuestiones aplicadas junto a los responsables de la Gestión del Conocimiento (GC) y / o por la RSA de 12, entre las 20 industrias de mediano y grande porte situadas en la región de cobertura del estudio. El análisis del conjunto de datos constatados permite concluir que las industrias participantes comparten información, más que conocimientos sobre RSA. Para ello, los medios utilizados son conversaciones informales, manuales, intranet y reuniones. Se resalta la importancia atribuida al medio ambiente por las industrias participantes. Sin embargo, en ellas GC y RSA no son conceptos interrelacionados. Se desprende que en las industrias participantes aún no hay suficiente comprensión de que la GC es una importante herramienta auxiliar en sus procesos.
