Actividades extraescolares para el desarrollo de la educación ambiental

Abstract

El trabajo aborda el tratamiento a un conjunto de actividades extraescolares encaminadas al desarrollo de la educación ambiental desde la asignatura Geografía de Cuba. Se seleccionó esta asignatura por la posibilidad que brindan sus contenidos para darle tratamiento a la temática ambiental. Como objetivo se define: Aplicar actividades extraescolares que contribuyan al desarrollo de la educación ambiental en escolares de sexto grado desde la asignatura Geografía de Cuba. Aparece un estudio teórico y metodológico del conocimiento sobre el proceso de desarrollo de la educación ambiental de los escolares de sexto grado. Para la realización de esta investigación se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico, del nivel empírico y del nivel estadístico-matemático. Las actividades extraescolares se caracterizan por ser variadas, novedosas y dinámicas con carácter colectivista permitiendo el empleo del tiempo libre en actividades recreativas y formativas. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron la efectividad de las actividades extraescolares aplicadas para el desarrollo de la educación ambiental.
